“BICHO 7 CABEÇAS” defende a criação de uma identidade capaz de promover a literacia em saúde mental e bem estar, de uma forma não só mais próxima dos portugueses, começando pela apropriação da expressão popular “bicho de sete cabeças”, mas também utilizando uma linguagem ilustrativa expressiva ao ponto de ser capaz de fazer com que o tema em questão deixe de ser algo tão sensível e/ou intocável e, passe a ser aquilo que realmente é: algo comum entre todos e que nos pode surgir a qualquer altura da vida.

“BICHO 7 CABEÇAS” defends the creation of an identity capable of promoting literacy in mental health and well-being, in a way that is not only closer to portuguese people, starting with the appropriation of the popular expression “bicho de sete cabeças” (seven-headed animal, which represents something difficult to comprehend), but also using an illustrative language expressive enough to the point of being capable of making the subject stop being something so sensitive and/or untouchable, and become what it really is: something common amongst us that can arise at any point in life.
