A E-goi é uma empresa conceituada e especializada em Marketing Automation Omnicanal, ou seja, de automatização de tarefas relacionadas com o marketing digital. Este projeto surgiu da necessidade de a E-goi procurar estabelecer um mecanismo de contacto com clientes mais eficiente, cómodo e sem incutir custos acrescidos. Este projeto pretende ir de encontro com essa necessidade, consistindo num sistema integrado para automatização de chamadas, muito similar ao vulgo click2call, onde um potencial cliente indica que quer ser contactado pela empresa, ou simplesmente agendar a chamada para mais tarde ou mandar mensagem. O sistema automaticamente realiza a chamada, ligando a empresa ao cliente.

E-goi is a reputable company specialized in Omnichannel Marketing Automation, or, in other words, automation of tasks related to digital marketing. This project arose from E-Goi’s need to establish a more efficient, convenient customer contact mechanism that doesn’t instil additional costs. This project intends to meet this need, consisting of an integrated system for automating calls, very similar to the common click2call, where a potential customer indicates they want to be contacted by the company or simply schedule the call for later, or send a message. The system automatically makes the call, connecting the company to the client
