O presente relatório tem como principal objetivo apresentar de forma resumida, porém com o detalhe necessário, o Estágio Curricular, realizado no Centro Português de Fotografia (CPF), com o propósito de concluir o Mestrado em Comunicação Audiovisual — Especialização em Fotografia e Cinema Documental. Este estágio incidiu sobre a área da fotografia, nas vertentes de fotografia documental, digitalização de diferentes suportes fotográficos e, reprodução de documentos fotográficos. Na fase final de cada uma das etapas, realizou—se a edição e arquivo dos respetivos ficheiros digitais obtidos. Ainda neste contexto, foi necessário aplicar as orientações e normativos internos e gerais, bem como as boas práticas inerentes a esta área de atuação, quer em relação à captação e reprodução das imagens, do ponto de vista da digitalização e reprodução, da museologia e da conservação de espécies, quer no que se refere ao tratamento arquivístico posterior dado aos ficheiros digitais propriamente ditos. Estes ficheiros digitais produzidos no âmbito deste estágio integraram o arquivo da instituição e serão utilizados na comunicação e divulgação, bem como, inseridos nos sistemas de informação e gestão do acervo do CPF, quer de documentos fotográficos, quer de câmaras e equipamento fotográfico.

The current report aims to present in a succinct manner, but with the necessary details, the curricular internship held at the Centro Português de Fotografia (CPF), in the scope of the conclusion of the Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication — Specialization in Photography and Documentary Film. This internship focused on the field of photography, in the components of documentary photography, digitalization of different photographic formats and reproduction of photographic documents. At the final step of each stage, editing and archiving of the respective digital files obtained was performed. Also, in this context, it was necessary to apply the guidelines and internal and general norms, as well as the good inherent practices to this area of activity, both regarding the capture and reproduction of images from the point of view of digitalization and reproduction, museology and conservation of species, and regarding the posterior archivistic treatment provided to the digital files themselves. These digital files produced in the scope of this internship became a part of the lnstitution’s archive and will be used in communication and divulgation, and will also be included in the information and management systems of the CPF’s archive, both of photographic documents, as well as cameras and photographic equipment.
