Este projeto começou quando pela primeira vez cheguei à Praça da Liberdade e vi um grande grupo de turistas à espera de um autocarro hop on/hop off ou de uma caminhada turística grátis. Esta é a praça Dam do Porto, pensei quando me sentava para observar estas pessoas. Depois de se reunirem nesta praça, eles podem seguir múltiplas rotas para descobrirem a cidade, mas a maioria segue em direção ao rio Douro, passando pela estação de São Bento e a Igreja de Santa Clara. Este é um trabalho sobre o movimento e padrões comportamentais do turismo de massas no Porto.

My project began once I set foot on Praça da Liberdade and I saw the big groups of tourists waiting, either on their hop/hop of bus or on their free walking tour. This is the Dam square of Porto, I thought to myself as I sat down to observe all these people. After the tourists gather on this square, they can take multiple routes to discover the city, but the majority will parade in the direction of the Douro river, passing the Sao Bento station and the Igreja de Santa Clara. This work is about the movement and behavioral patterns of mass tourism in Porto
