O grupo decidiu investir na criação de
uma instalação artística em videomapping denominada “Entre as Grades”, onde o observador
experiencia uma narrativa audiovisual, refletindo sobre o conceito da dualidade da vida.
Decidimos recorrer ao conceito do “pássaro
como metáfora para um problema maior”.
Como conceito visual e sonoro, a nossa ideia foi recorrer a gráficos abstratos e não abstratos juntamente com sonoplastia rica que reúne sons calmos e potentes, o discurso icónico do ativista Martin Luther King, “I have a dream”, que ficou marcado na história da
humanidade e um áudio do grupo Anonymous sobre o abuso da força policial nos mais recentes acontecimentos sobre o problema mundial do racismo.
Relativamente à tela de projeção esta será uma gaiola projetada na parede, onde as aberturas entre as grades serão o foco da exibição. Este elemento simboliza o paralelismo do mundo onde vivemos, pois pode ser visto como uma prisão para aqueles que vivem oprimidos. Por outro lado, as aberturas podem ser entendidas como uma fuga para a liberdade.

The group decided to invest in the creation of an art installation in videomapping called “Entre as Grades”, where the observer experiences an audiovisual narrative, reflecting on the concept of the duality of life.
We decided to resort to the concept of the “bird as a metaphor for a larger problem.
As a visual and sound concept, our idea was to use abstract and non-abstract graphics together with rich sound design that brings together calm and powerful sounds, speechicon of activist Martin Luther King, “I have a dream”, which was marked in the history of humanity and an audio from the group Anonymous about the abuse of police force in the mostrecent events on the world problem of racism.
Regarding the projection screen, this will be a cage projected on the wall, where the openings between the grids will be the focus of the exhibition. This element symbolizes the parallelism of the world we live in, as it can be seen as a prison for those who live oppressed. On the other hand, openings can be understood as an escape to freedom.
